What she has been up to the last 30+ years: Judy was a stay-at-home mom until the youngest of her 4 children turned 16. She worked at Meredith/EDS as a typist/secretary for 16 years, and retired at age 60!
Hobbies: Quilting, scrapbooking, knitting, crocheting, gardening and grandchildren!
Her favorite position to play in Granny Basketball: Guard
What she likes about playing Granny Basketball: Meeting lots of nice, friendly people and being part of a team sport again! She likes the good exercise, too. Judy loves the fact that she can still play basketball even though before playing Granny Basketball, she hadn't played the sport for 50 years! Judy says "The 1920 rules are probably more of a challenge than our high school rules were."
