Hobbies: Vicki has coached little league teams, taught aerobics, and played on many coed softball and volleyball teams. She loves the outdoors and camping, and always camps every year at the Iowa State Fair. She competes in many Pioneer Hall events, including the Ladies Nail Driving (Champion for 14 out of 17 years) along with many titles as the Ladies Cow Chip Throwing and Rubber Chicken Throwing champion. She loves watching her grandkids in their activities as they grow up, too!

Her favorite position to play in Granny Basketball: She loves playing forward, but also enjoys guarding.

What she likes about playing Granny Basketball: Granny basketball has allowed Vicki to play a sport that she loves again! She had a knee replacement in January of 2007 and never thought she would be able to competitively be engaged in sports again. 1920’s style Granny Basketball has allowed her to enjoy playing basketball again. She thinks it is great to see her family members and friends in the crowd cheering the team on!
